Orders:
All of our orders are handmade to order to ensure they arrive to you as fresh as possible. Please allow an average of one week for orders to ship.

Shipping:
Our shipping rates are based on weight and we ship via USPS or UPS depending on the size of the shipment. All packages shipped via USPS have delivery confirmation and packages shipped via UPS come with tracking. Please allow 2-7 days from the date of shipping for your package to arrive. We will email you when your order has shipped.

Returns:
We do not take returns, however if your order arrives damaged we will do what we can to fix the issue. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there are any problems.
